I do. You are welcome to a free 15 minute phone consultation with me so we can meet each other and determine if we are a good fit. You’ll be able to ask me any question that you may have, and I can learn about your situation to determine if my skill sets match your needs.

What can I expect to get out of therapy?
Depending on the reasons you are seeking out therapy, what you can expect to get out of therapy differs. Generally, my clients are seeking to work through healing from struggles due to traumas or difficult life events. Or they may be wanting clarity around a certain issue, or want to break the cycle of what has been unhelpful patterns in their lives. Whatever is going on for you, hopefully therapy will make it easier by providing clarity, relief, and healing so you can continue to move forward and build your life worth living.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer therapy for individual adults and teens. Generally I offer therapy for Trauma, depression, anxiety, establishing healthy boundaries and communication skills. Please read more about me and my services on the about me page.
How long does it take to feel better?
This varies from person to person. Some people may feel a sense of relief after the first session, However for most, it has taken a lifetime of painful events to get them to this place of seeking help. Therefore, it will likely take multiple sessions to undo, shift and heal to get to a place of feeling better, but helping you feel better is definitely my ultimate goal!

This is a great question… it’s important to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. The best way to know if we are a match is by doing a free 15 minute consultation so we can speak and get a feel for each other.
